Medical Information & Contraindications
Clients must disclose all medical conditions, medications, allergies, and skin concerns before treatment. Certain conditions may prevent treatment or require modification. These may include but are not limited to:
- Active skin infections, open wounds, or severe acne
- Recent chemical peels or laser treatments
- Use of prescription retinoids (e.g. Isotretinoin/Accutane)
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (some treatments may be unsuitable)
Failure to disclose relevant medical information may result in treatment refusal or cancellation.
Patch Testing
Some treatments may require a patch test at least 24–48 hours before treatment. If a patch test is required and not completed in time, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.
Results & Skin Reactions
Results may vary from person to person depending on skin type, lifestyle, and home care routine. While treatments are carried out with the highest level of care, individual skin reactions cannot always be predicted.

Right to Refuse Treatment
For safety reasons, the therapist reserves the right to refuse or postpone treatment if contraindications are present or if pre-treatment instructions have not been followed.
